The Public Sector Innovation Conference has launched
The Public Sector Innovation Forum III, organized by the UNDP Armenia SDG Innovation Center, has just kicked off. The forum will bring together high-ranking government officials, representatives of international organizations, local and international experts, civil society representatives, and innovation and technology leaders.
For two days, the participants of the forum will discuss issues related to public governance. The main question will be how states can form governance systems capable of ensuring not short-term results, but long-term, systemic, and sustainable changes. In this context, the discussions will focus on institutional conditions, innovative governance approaches, and models of cooperation that enable public systems to become active initiators of change. Important attention will be paid to the development of institutional capacities, the promotion of cross-sectoral and multi-stakeholder cooperation, and the formation of more effective and accountable mechanisms for creating public value.
The two-day conference will feature keynote speeches, discussions, and workshops centered around several thematic areas. The agenda includes mission-driven, people-centered, and resilient governance approaches; challenges in implementing state strategies; new mechanisms for public finance and impact financing; modernization of public services; and the strategic use of cutting-edge technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, within the public administration system.
The conference will also discuss restoring trust in governance systems and strengthening institutional capacities; overcoming gaps between policy development and implementation; developing social policies grounded in dignity and well-being; and exploring new approaches to financing systemic change through public-private partnerships.
The conference aims to create an open and collaborative platform for the exchange of experience, the development of new ideas, and the development of practical solutions, contributing to the formation of a more resilient, effective, and people-centered governance system in Armenia.
