Lavrov: Macron will not be able to escape responsibility for the Minsk agreements

French President Emmanuel Macron will not be able to "avoid" responsibility for the Minsk agreements, as it was noted in Paris during his tenure that those agreements, including the provision of special status to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, must be implemented. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
"It was recorded in Paris (it was already during Emmanuel Macron's tenure, so he will not be able to avoid this responsibility) that it is necessary to fulfill the Minsk agreements, including Ukraine's
Making amendments to the constitution that would enshrine forever the special status of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. It is recorded," Lavrov said in an interview with the "Empathy Manucci" internet project.
