The same applies to the application for declaring the voting results at the polling station invalid. An application to declare the election results invalid may be submitted to the Central Electoral Commission at least 2 days before (June 12) the deadline for summarizing the election results, June 14, by 18.00.
The recount work in the territorial election commissions begins today at 14:00 and will end on June 12 at 14:00. The protocol on the voting results is drawn up, the election results are summed up, and the decision on the election results is made on June 14.
Lastly, on June 29, the Central Electoral Commission makes a decision on whether a [new] National Assembly being elected or holding a second round of elections.
As for the first session of the newly elected NA, according to the legislation, it should be on August 2.
