Nikol Pashinyan receives congratulatory messages from international partners on his birthday

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received congratulatory messages from foreign leaders and international partners on the occasion of his birthday.
 
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the congratulatory message from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan states:
