Armenia’s Zvartnots Airport earns prestigious ACI Customer Experience Accreditation

Zvartnots International Airport has gained ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation by Airports Council International (ACI) World.

It is the only accreditation program in the airport industry to provide a 360 degree view of customer experience management.

The program helps airports improve customer experience through reviews, training, and staff involvement.

“This accomplishment reflects our personnel’s dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-class passenger experience every day,” Zvartnots said in a statement.
