Armenian FM awarded France’s Grand Officer of the Legion of Honor
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has been awarded the Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour by decree of French President Emmanuel Macron.
The distinction, Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, is the second-highest rank of the Legion of Honour after the Grand Cross. The award was established by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1802.
