We are, of course, interested in Armenian side returning to CSTO: Zakharova
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova addressed the issue of Armenia’s participation in the CSTO during a briefing.
“Recently, there have been a large number of contradictory statements and speculations regarding Armenia’s participation in the CSTO. From a legal point of view, the situation remains unchanged. Armenia is a full member of the CSTO with all the rights and obligations arising from it. No decision to the contrary has been made, despite numerous verbal statements and falsifications,” the Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson said.
Zakharova noted that they are interested in the return of the Armenian side to the common security structure.
