From the main menu, click on “Book an Appointment.”

In the appointment window, select the service you require, including:
• Passport issuance / renewal
• Visa issuance
• Return certificate issuance
• Notary services
• Issuance of certificates

After selecting the appropriate service, you can choose an available time slot and enter the required information (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number).

Please note that the state fees for consular services must be paid online only through the E-Payments system: https://www.mfa.am/en/fees/
