Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Anita Anand.
The interlocutors discussed the situation in the Middle East, with both sides emphasizing the importance of close cooperation in crisis situations.
Minister Mirzoyan stressed the importance of reaching a resolution of the current situation through negotiations and a peaceful settlement.
Minister Mirzoyan expressed Armenia’s readiness to assist, as necessary, in the evacuation of Canadian citizens through the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
