Azerbaijan to Send 4,500 Tons of Diesel Fuel to Armenia: Azerbaijani Media
Azerbaijani media reports that Azerbaijan will send 4,500 tons of diesel fuel to Armenia.
According to Armenpress, the diesel fuel will be transported to Armenia by rail on February 25, via the territory of Georgia.
On December 19, 2025, 1,218 tons of Azerbaijani A-95 gasoline had already been
imported into Armenia. Companies that imported the Azerbaijani fuel began selling
Premium-grade gasoline in Armenia at 430 AMD per liter, whereas the previous price had
been 510 AMD per liter.
On January 7, 2026, it was announced that Azerbaijan was supplying a second batch of
fuel to Armenia, consisting of 1,000 tons of A-92 gasoline, an equal amount of diesel fuel,
and 1,800 tons of A-95 gasoline.
