Inaugural Meeting of the Public Council at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia
On February 12, the first meeting of the Public Council established by the decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia was held at the MFA.
Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of continuous dialogue with civil society, including through the format of the newly formed Public Council.
The Foreign Minister of Armenia presented the steps taken towards the consistent realization of the priorities of Armenia's foreign policy, including the peace agenda, as well as approaches and prospects for developing partnerships in various directions.
Regional projects on unblocking and the new opportunities provided by their implementation were touched upon.
The active dynamics in both expanding the agenda with traditional partners and establishing and developing new strategic partnerships were highlighted.
Minister Mirzoyan answered the questions of the attendees, and an exchange of views took place. The importance of continuous efforts aimed at strengthening Armenia's resilience in democratic processes was emphasized.
