U.S. Embassy hails Vance’s historic visit to Armenia as major step in strengthening ties
The U.S. Embassy in Yerevan described Vice President JD Vance’s historic visit to Armenia as a significant step forward in strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.
“As Vice President JD Vance's historic White House visit to Armenia concludes, it marks a significant step forward in strengthening U.S.-Armenia bilateral ties. The outcomes of this visit set a clear course for continued cooperation and reaffirm our shared commitment to advancing stability, security, and prosperity for the United States, the South Caucasus, and beyond,” the embassy said in a press release.
JD Vance visited Armenia on February 9–10 and met with President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
