How Much Liquefied Gas Has Been Imported to Armenia from Different Countries?
In recent years, the volume of liquefied gas (LPG) imports to Armenia has increased.
According to the State Revenue Committee (SRC), Armenia imported 283,742 tons of
liquefied gas in 2025, whereas in 2022 the imported volume was 90,257 tons. Liquefied
gas was imported mainly from Russia and Iran, but also from Iraq, the UAE, Georgia and
even from China, Liechtenstein, Germany, and Poland.
2022: 90,257 tons, of which Russia – 81,503 tons, Iran – 8,350 tons
2023: 143,758 tons, of which Russia – 138,116 tons, Iran – 4,757 tons
2024: 218,865 tons, of which Russia – 210,087 tons, Iran – 8,102 tons
2025: 283,742 tons, of which Russia – 268,457 tons, Iran – 12,125 tons
