During the meeting held within the framework of the event organized for the newly appointed ambassadors, Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan thanked US President Donald Trump for his consistent efforts to establish peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as for the historic agreement and documents signed at the White House on August 8.
In turn, US President Donald Trump congratulated the Armenian people, emphasizing that they deserve a stable peace and reaffirmed his unconditional support for the peace processes. President Trump particularly emphasized the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and his significant role in the established peace process.
President Trump also handed over a gift with a personal inscription to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, as a sign of high appreciation.
