Türkiye to continue contributing to regional peace, says FM Hakan Fidan
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has commented on the normalization process with Armenia. He spoke about the topic in the Turkish parliament during debates of the 2026 budget, according to T24.
“The process of normalizing relations with Armenia has continued in a coordinated manner with Azerbaijan throughout 2025. In the coming period, we will continue to contribute to establishing lasting peace in the region and will encourage the parties to take advantage of this historic opportunity,’ Fidan stated.
