The Government of Armenia has decided to continue the policy of three-year contracts aimed at developing the military industry, allocating more than 150 billion AMD for 2026–2028.
The Ministry of Defense has already started discussions with 30 companies on the new three-year contracts. Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan wrote about this on his Facebook page, stating:
“The first three-year program aimed at the development of the military industry with contracts totaling more than 171 billion AMD for 2023–2025 signed with 28 companies has served as a cornerstone for the development of the Republic of Armenia’s military-industrial complex.”
