The new draft of the Constitution must be ready by March: Srbuhi Galyan
The next session of the Constitutional Reforms Council was held under the head of Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan.
The members of the Council discussed the regulations relating to the Prosecutor’s Office and the investigative bodies.
“I would like to reiterate the commitment undertaken by the Ministry of Justice, which concerns the development of the text and the deadlines. Specifically, the commitment implies that the new text of the Constitution must be ready by March.
The provisions related to the Prosecutor’s Office and the investigative bodies have been discussed,” Galyan noted.
