Trump’s Ukraine peace plan publicized

Territorial issues

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk are recognized as de facto Russian territories

Security and international status

Guarantees and implementation monitoring

• A US-Russia working group is created to monitor the implementation of the agreement
• Russia enshrines in its legislation a non-aggression policy toward Europe and Ukraine
• Nuclear non-proliferation treaties are extended

Humanitarian issues

• A full exchange of prisoners of war and the return of civilian hostages are carried out
• Ukraine holds elections 100 days after the signing of the agreement
• Full amnesty is envisaged for all parties to the conflict

Also, the document calls for an immediate ceasefire by all sides after reaching agreement and for the creation of a Peace Council chaired by Donald Trump, which will oversee the implementation of the agreement.
